Mango Shrimp
Posted by in FoodI often make this recipe with chicken, but recently I gave it a try with shrimp and it was fantastic. Buy your mangoes a couple days ahead so they can ripen. I love this dish because it’s sweet and creamy, but with a kick and it cooks so quickly.

This shrimp dish sounds absolutely delicious. I’m trying it this weekend!
I so miss shrimp! My hubby has discovered he’s allergic so it’s off the menu at our house. This sounds so good.
