Love, Love, Love your chicken and broccoli recipe. Next on my list is the root veggie.
I would LOVE to win a copy of this book!
Cool book
Although I have used solar cookers … This also reminds me of a site that talked about freezer bag cooking. Sounds interesting!
It says my comment is too short.
Maybe I should drone on about making solar cookers out of cardboard and aluminum foil. Or the ones I made out of large corrugated plastic political signs. I waited until after the election and got a few signs from the losers. There is also cooking in Reynold turkey bags …
I love, love, love parchment paper! Finding new ways to use the wonderful tool would be ever so appreciated!
I saw a site one time that advertised cooking with freezer bags.
And I’ve used Reynolds turkey bags in my solar cookers.
But parchment sounds quite interesting!
The best meal I EVER had was “Pompano en Pappilote;” I have since learned to cook a couple/three dishes using parchment paper, and am thrilled to see a cookbook out on the subject. I am looking forward to your book with great anticipation! Thank you!
I remember my grandmother baking with parchment back in the ’60s. She would re-use the sheet until it was no longer workable.
Now for the holidays: Six sheets of parchment rotate in and out of the ovens while we bake up to 100 dozen cookies!
No more messy butter sticks! Goodbye cooking spray!!!
This would be great as I collect cookbooks.
I would love to win! Thank-you for the opportunity!
I refuse to bake without parchment paper. I keep an extra roll in my cupboard!
What a nice thing for you to do. If I don’t win, I’ll have to treat myself to an early holiday gift! Good luck with it – it looks like a beautiful book.
no pots, no pans, no mess….sign me up! pick me, pick me 🙂
What? Good food and minimal clean-up? Sign me up!!
Oh, how I would love to learn to cook with parchment!
No pots, No pans, No mess, Sounds Good To Me.
Thanks for the Giveaway.
OMG, you have no idea how excited I am by this book. If only it had come out 10 years ago. Way back when…hiding dirty dishes in the oven? Check. Going to the thrift store to buy new silverware b/c every household utensil was dirty? Check. Hiring a friend to do the dishes for you and having him soak them in the bathtub, b/c the sink was too full? Check. Writing and performing an 8 minute monologue about hating to do dishes, and posting it on youtube? Check. Oh, how I look forward to this book. Thanks for writing it!

Congratulations!! The book has a beautiful cover and I can’t wait to read it! I don’t need a free copy though. I will buy it with pleasure! I love the idea of an easy cleanup. One of my challenges is making the kitchen way too dirty when I cook.
Would look PERFECT in my cookbook shelf…
I love cooking with parchment paper

Congratulations on publication of The Parchment Paper Cookbook. It’s such an easy way to cook.
I’d love to win a copy of your cookbook. This is a great technique for cooking to seal in the vitamins in food and also make clean-up a breeze. Very versatile stuff, but I could use some more ideas on how to use it more. Thanks for the chance to win.
Neat cookbook. I just started using parchment paper.
I love always trying new recipes, so I love checking out new cookbooks! Thanks for the chance
