Martha Mondays: Rosemary Bread
Posted by in FoodThanks to Ana at Sweet Almond Tree for this pick, Rosemary Bread. This was easy to make and I liked the taste of the fresh rosemary in it. And it was a nice bonus to get two loaves, so I could freeze one for later. Very tasty and fun to make. Although I got frustrated with the dough hook – it was making so much noise, I finally pulled the dough out and kneaded it by hand it at the end.

My mum made this project this week and we thought the bread was a bit ‘cakey’ but we ate some of it. I don’t think it is something we would make again though. Mum has been intrigued to find out what everyone thought.
How fun that she got to make it! I think any bread I make is never as good as bread I buy.
I got my post up. We too thought the texture was really weird. Not so bad when piping hot out of the oven but once cooled it was funky. The taste was good, though.

I love rosemary bread. I’ve recently tried a cheddar cheese, avocado and tomato sandwich made with rosemary bread. Yum.
