- Finally coming back: the vine that was ripped out by the guys we had do spring clean up last year.

I am always drawn to buying a hibiscus plant – are they easy to grow? The heat is making everything droop in the garden here but I keep perservering with the watering – at least we haven’t had a hosepipe ban yet!
Beautiful. My flowers are doing very well, my veggies, not so much.
Years ago I had a beautiful hibiscus plant that was in a pot and I used to bring it inside for the winter. Eventually it died. This is the first time I’ve had one that stays outside and we just planted it this spring, so I hope it makes it through the winter! I haven’t had to do anything to it so far and it is blooming quite nicely.
