Looks yummy! I’ve recently had to switch to a gluten-free diet and have had a lot of fun in the kitchen converting traditional wheat recipes to gluten-free. I’d love to see what Martha’s recipes offers. On the flipside, my son wouldn’t mind me whipping up some non-gluten free ones as well. So, it would be a win-win all the way around. 🙂

Much to my (and her own)surprise…my daughter, who was never big on cooking until recently has become a master of cakes and cupcakes of all kinds of creativity. She’s made a castle cake, Elmo, Pooh Bear cakes for her 2 little ones, and also Alien, Kitty and Puppy and many other fancy cupcakes for family and friends. I adore all of Martha’s books, but if I win…I would truly have to present it to my daughter!
