I spent summers in Maine as a kid and have been back several times as an adult (my daughter’s middle name is Camden, a town in Maine, so we’re pretty attached to Maine around here). I love everything about Maine and when I learned about the Maine Classics cookbook by Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier (owners of Arrows in Ogunquit), I had to get a copy.
