How exciting! I’m just trying to keep my small herb plants alive. It probably didn’t help that we had a big thunderstorm last night and I didn’t cover them….oops.
Most of my herbs were trampled by the guys putting new siding on our house. I had to buy all new.
Such goings-on in the garden are thrilling for the home gardener, I agree. Is your rose bush one of the new Knock-Out kind that don’t succumb to any pests or diseases?

Very interesting! We have a Delicious and a Macintosh tree.
