Italian Shrimp on the Grill
Serves: 4
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Italian herbs
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 clamshell cherry tomatoes
  1. Toss all ingredients together in a bowl and allow to marinate at least one hour, up to four.
  2. Cook on a grill pan over a hot grill, until the shrimp are cooked through and the tomatoes start to break.
